Box Office opening times and locations will be revealed closer to the event.
I booked tickets for friends/family and my name is printed on all the tickets. Will they still be able to access the festival?

BOOKING AND PAYMENT INFO

The lead booker is the person who makes the booking and is the first named person on the booking.
Only one person can be the lead booker, they will book tickets on behalf of the whole group
Can I book for a group if I don’t know the names of everyone coming yet?
Yes, but you will need to enter the names and emails of all your friends in your group before the you arrive at the festival as each ticket must match the name on the customer’s ID card.
Are payment plans available?
Yes, we have a payment plan option available. Please select the payment plan option on the check-out ticket. Klarna is also available on check-out.
If you pay via the payment plan option, you will pay the first instalment at the time of booking and then pay the subsequent instalments over 5 months.
Balance payments must be made as per the terms of your payment plan. Failure to do so would result in your booking being cancelled and losing any money already paid towards the ticket(s).Easol will send 3 warning emails so please keep on top of these to avoid disappointment.
Can I choose the number of instalments in my payment plan?
No, the payment plan is fixed and the schedule must be agreed at the time of booking in order toproceed. Apart from the deposit which is paid at purchase, payment plan instalments are taken on the 2nd of every month.
Can someone in my group pay for their part of the festival themselves? / Can I pay using more than one card?
We do not offer split payments. If you are paying in full at the time of booking or if a payment plan is set up, payments will be made using the lead booker's card details.
Payment plan customers do have the facility to update their card details by logging into your account https://www.steppersmalta.com/bookings
Can I update my payment details?
If you have booked a payment plan and we have your card saved, you can update your card details anytime by:
1. Going to HERE [https://www.steppersmalta.com/bookings]
2. Selecting your booking
3. Clicking “Change Card”
It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment card details remain valid and up to date. If you need to change your payment card details you must do this before payment of the next instalment becomes due.
What happens if a payment fails?
If a payment plan has been set up, we will automatically take the instalment on each payment date on the plan. It is your responsibility to ensure payments are made on time.
If we are unable to charge your card, due to your card being expired, insufficient funds or it has been declined by the bank, don’t panic.
We’ll attempt to take the payment another 2 times, each attempt being 7 days apart. This would give you time to fix the issue or update your payment method. For every attempt, an email will be sent to the lead booker.
Please be aware, if all 3 payment attempts fail, your booking will automatically be cancelled. Please note that no refund requests may be made on the instalments already paid. For more infoplease see our Payment Plan T&Cs.
What should I do if my credit/debit card payment has failed at checkout?
Firstly, check with your bank as they will be able to advise you why your transaction has declined.
The issue may be because of the rollout of 3D Secure across all financial institutions, which is causing some technical difficulties for customers shopping online. To alleviate this, always ensure that your bank has your most up-to-date contact details, so you can verify the transaction.
